I really love the way the guy's textures look really... I mean reallly, really sharp. [although not really but for me it's kinda sharp]
You could always work in the positioning.
Blur looks kinda weird but it's okay.
Nice logo and text... You don't have a watermark though so it can be stolen really easily.
The helmet could use a bit better, uh... materializing. Make it look more metal and also a tad shiny.
It would be reallllyyyy great if you modeled the yya know, the brown thing in his chest [ maybe for his bag ] with fabric material or something.
